Personal Training Sessions:
Personal Training is a great way to get your fitness started or fine tune an already existing program. If you have hit a plateau or just need a change of routine this is a great gift to give yourself! The trainer can travel to your home or meet you at a local park, bridge or beach. Island Fox Fitness provides all equipment needed to change your routine. A free phone consultation is required before training to ensure your goals can be met and you get the best training sessions ever.
1 Session = $75
5 Sessions =$350
10 Sessions = $650
Small Group Trainings:
At Island Fox Fitness LLC, we offer 6 week fitness camps, but sometimes you may have a neighborhood group or a group of ladies who would like their own personalized sessions in their area of choice. Small group training must have at least 6 participants, days and times are upon availability, and workouts are customized to meet the goals of the participants. For optimal results we recommend at least 10 sessions, but 5 are offered to kickstart the fitness regime.
5 Sessions =$100 per person
10 Sessions =$150 per person
20 Sessions =$200 per person

Island Fox Fitness LLC offers a progression of exercises, so if you are new to exercising or just coming back to exercising we show modifications and tailor the workout to fit your body.
What to expect
For the Small Group trainings and Personal Training Island Fox Fitness will come to your neighborhood, home or special area you would prefer to meet. We bring a fitness van loaded with dumbbells, bands, mats, and all fitness accessories needed to ensure your group meets their goals in a fun, fitness way!

Our camps are one hour from 5:30-6:30am Monday through Friday and 7:00-8:00am Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays are Beach Yoga Stretch during the 5:30-6:30am time. The M,W,F are strength and conditioning days for both the 5:30am and 7:00am sessions.
