While running on the treadmill, working out on the elliptical machine, and lifting weights are all excellent forms of exercise, it is always a good idea to change up your workout routine by trying something new. Taking your workouts outdoors is an excellent way to change up your routine or start a new one. At Island Fox Fitness LLC, we offer an outdoor functional fitness routines that chang daily. Whether it's terrain, weights, or varied exercises you will work all muscle groups in a way that is just right for you. Island Fox Fitness LLC is a gym without walls!
Island Fox Fitness LLC is always keeping things interesting!
Anyone can take a session at Island Fox Fitness LLC, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer modifications for all exercises. Small group or personal training is an option as well to learn the proper form and technique before you come out for the actual session if needed. Fitness assessments, body composition and BMI can all be measured prior to starting the program in a one on one setting. From gentle stretching and Yoga sessions on the beach to dumbbells and body bars with cardio conditioning outside at your level will rock you into the shape you may have been wanting or wanting to improve.
Here are the sessions we offer:
Sunrise Basic Package: 6 weeks, 3 days a week, Monday,Wednesday, & Friday. This camp includes weights, body bars, bands, BOSU, Kettle bells, cardio conditioning (some high intensity type work, but low impact is an option) We meet at various parks, marina, beach depending upon the season and workout. All fitness accessories are provided. Days: M,W,F Time: 5:30am - 6:30am $30 per week, 3 days a week/6 Weeks
Sunrise Fox Namaste Package: Seasonal (May - August) 6 weeks, 2 days a week. Meeting Tuesdays & Thursdays on the beach for Yoga and stretching. Breathing, stretching and having the gorgeous beach sunrise starts the day off right! Days: Tuesday & Thursday Time: 5:30am - 6:30am $120 for 2 days/6 weeks
Happy Fit Hour: Seasonal (September - December) 4 weeks, 2 days a week. Tuesdays/Thursdays This camp includes weights, body bars, bands, BOSU, Kettle bells, cardio conditioning (some high intensity type work, but low impact is an option) We meet at various parks, marina, beach depending upon the season and workout. All fitness accessories are provided. Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm. Oceanfront Park in Jacksonville Beach is our main meeting point.
